“Stayed here last December and again last Monday night. The cabins are very comfortable the staff very friendly. The owners made us very welcome on arrival. The meals are delicious, three different meals off the menu and all delicious. The atmosphere with wrap around verandas is a great place to relax and have pre dinner drinks 🍷 we look forward too doing the same on our next trip back out home to Winton. “I stopped in for a feed on a Monday night, on my way back from Eromanga to Toowoomba. Pub was pretty full and I ordered the rissoles and mash/veggies. I only expected a basic pub feed. But what I got blew me away. It was on par with fancy city meals! Beautiful rissoles and they went above and beyond with the veggies. I've never had such a beautiful, tasty meal at any pub in the bush!
The friendliness and hospitality of the owner and the staff is second to none!
I'd recommend stopping in for a feed and a beer anytime you're going through, or make it your destination.
